Zenx Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zenx mobile application, website, and related services. By using Zenx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Zenx helps users create meal plans, estimate grocery costs, generate shopping lists, and connect with supported grocery retailers for product availability, pricing, and cart-related experiences. Features may vary by retailer, store, device, location, and subscription status.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Zenx on your own.

3. Accounts and Access

You may need to create an account or connect third-party services to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Zenx may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under your App Store account terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

5. Grocery Pricing, Product Availability, and Store Data

Zenx uses retailer data, cached data, estimates, and internal logic to help generate meal plans and shopping lists. Pricing, availability, substitutions, packaging, and inventory can change at any time.

Zenx does not guarantee that every item will be available at your selected store, that estimated prices will exactly match checkout prices, that retailer product listings or stock will remain unchanged, or that meal plans will always remain valid if store, cart, or session conditions change.

You are responsible for reviewing your shopping list, cart, and retailer checkout details before purchase.

6. Health, Nutrition, and Dietary Information

Zenx may provide nutrition, ingredient, and meal-planning information for convenience. This information is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and ingredient suitability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the app or its systems, attempt unauthorized access, use Zenx to violate laws or third-party rights, or copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as allowed by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Zenx and its related content, branding, software, and features are owned by Zenx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Zenx only for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Zenx may integrate with third-party services, including grocery retailers, app stores, analytics tools, payment platforms, hosting providers, and customer-support tools. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Zenx if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation would create legal, operational, or security risk. You may stop using Zenx at any time.

11. Disclaimers

Zenx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenx disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenx and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, savings, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, Zenx's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Zenx in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
