What we can help with
Zenx is built around store-checked meal planning, Smart Pantry, reviewable grocery rows, and supported retailer flows. These are the most common places to start.
Grocery pricing and availability
Store pricing, availability, packaging, and substitutions can change. Zenx may show live retailer pricing, cached retailer pricing, or estimated pricing depending on the mode and store data available. Always review products before checkout.
Retailer login or connection issues
If a retailer connection fails, try reconnecting from within the app. If the issue continues, contact support with the store name, selected location, and a screenshot if possible.
Shopping list or cart issues
If your shopping list looks incorrect, refresh the list and confirm your selected store. If a meal or side was recently changed, the list may need to update before the cart rows look right.
Smart Pantry questions
Smart Pantry helps Zenx account for pantry basics and items you already have. If pantry rows look unexpected, review the pantry item, quantity, and whether you want to buy anyway.
Subscription help
If you subscribed through Apple, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. For Apple billing or refund issues, Apple may require you to manage those directly through your App Store account.
